2. Our Services

Sudak Customs provides a Fortnite tournament platform including:

• Online tournament organisation and scoreboard tracking.
• Digital products including Premium memberships and account unban services.
• Community features and competitive play tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Promptly update your information to keep it accurate.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Purchases & Refunds

Payments

All purchases are processed through SellAuth. By completing a purchase, you authorise the applicable charge. All prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise noted.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion in circumstances where:

• A product or service was not delivered as described.
• A technical error on our end prevented service delivery.

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase via our contact form.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorised software in tournaments.
• Impersonating other users, staff, or Sudak Customs.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other community members.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass platform security.
• Using our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions.
• Distributing, reselling, or sharing purchased products without explicit written permission.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software - is the property of Sudak Customs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Fortnite and related trademarks are the property of Epic Games, Inc. Sudak Customs is not affiliated with or endorsed by Epic Games.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not guarantee specific tournament outcomes or competitive results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sudak Customs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable national laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
